Most Austrian milk producing dairies are dealing with GMO-free production of fresh milk. The issue of their further development has to be explored in the following master thesis. Highly influencing factors are the result of resolving the system of the GMO-free production of fresh milk in Austria by three standards of analyses. Firstly, an historical development, secondly, an implementation in practice, and thirdly, interviews with directors of Austrian dairies. The subject and formulation of the question is deepened by an impact analysis. Its topic is the evaluation of the influencing factors¿ effect on each other. On the basis of the development of the influencing factors, three scenarios are set, namely worst case (GMO-free production of fresh milk collapses), trend (GMO-free production is standardized ¿ dairies have to think of assuring the financing of further GMO-free fresh milk production) and best case (GMO-free production achieves sustained success).
